Clear terms before you book. No hidden conditions, no surprises after the job.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled clean: no charge.

  • Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before: 50% of the quoted rate applies.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before, or same-day: full rate applies.

  • Rescheduling with 48+ hours notice is free and can be done by phone.

  • Recurring clients who need to adjust their schedule are handled case by case — call us first.

Property Access

  • You do not need to be present. Most clients provide a key, lockbox code, or building access instructions.

  • All VeltoClean staff are police checked and fully insured before their first job.

  • Keys are returned after each visit unless you have arranged secure storage.

  • If we cannot gain access to a property and have not been notified in advance, the full rate applies.

  • Building access requirements for apartments and commercial properties should be confirmed before booking.

Insurance

  • VeltoClean carries $20 million public liability insurance on every job.

  • All staff are covered under a workers compensation policy.

  • In the unlikely event of accidental damage, report it to us immediately and we will handle the claim process.

  • Proof of insurance is available on request for commercial clients and property managers.

Payment

  • Payment is due on the day of the clean unless a credit account has been arranged.

  • We accept bank transfer, credit card, and cash.

  • Commercial clients and property managers can apply for 14-day invoice terms.

  • A deposit may be required for large end of lease cleans or first-time bookings over $300.

  • Invoices are issued same-day and GST is included in all quoted rates.

Products & Equipment

  • All cleaning products and equipment are supplied by VeltoClean at no extra charge.

  • We use eco-friendly, biodegradable products that are safe for children and pets.

  • If you have specific product requirements or sensitivities, let us know before booking.

  • Our carpet cleaning uses professional hot-water extraction equipment — not domestic rental machines.
