What It Means

The guarantee in plain language

If any part of the clean does not meet the standard you expected, call us within 24 hours of the job completing. We will return at a time that suits you and re-clean the areas you are not satisfied with — at no additional cost.

For end of lease cleans, the window is extended to 72 hours to account for the final agent inspection. If the agent finds a cleaning issue in that period, we return before any money is withheld from your bond.

We do not charge a return visit fee. We do not ask you to prove the issue with photos. We do not debate what was and was not agreed. You tell us what is not right and we fix it.

What the guarantee covers

Any item on the agreed cleaning checklist that was missed or done inadequately

Areas that were accessed and cleaned but do not meet a reasonable standard

End of lease cleans where the agent flags a cleaning issue within 72 hours

What it does not cover

Stains that were assessed and disclosed as unremovable before the clean started

Damage or deterioration that existed before we arrived

Work that was not included in the agreed scope — for example, external window cleaning on a standard interior clean

Claims made more than 24 hours after the job (72 hours for end of lease)

Common questions

How long do I have to claim the guarantee?

24 hours for general cleaning. 72 hours for end of lease cleans — enough time to complete the final agent inspection.

Do I need proof of the issue?

No. A description of what was missed or not done to standard is enough. We take your word for it and come back.

Is there a limit to how many times I can claim?

In practice, one return visit resolves the issue. If a second visit were ever needed, we would honour it. We have never had to make a third visit.

Does the guarantee apply to carpet cleaning?

Yes, with one exception: stains that cannot be fully removed are disclosed before the clean starts. If we say we cannot remove a stain and we cannot, that is not a guarantee claim. If we say we can and we do not, it is.
