Our Story
Started small. Built on repeat clients.
VeltoClean started as a residential cleaning service in Sydney's inner suburbs. The early work was straightforward — homes, weekly schedules, word-of-mouth referrals. Growth came from the same source it always does: clients telling other people.
Over time, commercial clients and property managers started reaching out. We expanded carefully, hiring staff who matched the standard we had built rather than hiring fast to fill demand. Every new service — commercial cleaning, end of lease, carpet, AirBNB turnovers — was added only when we could do it properly.
Today we work across Greater Sydney, running residential rounds alongside commercial contracts and end-of-lease cleans for property managers who know the difference between a real clean and a presentable one.

We show up on time
Late cleaners are a waste of your day. We give you a time window and we stick to it. If something changes, we call ahead.
We clean what we say we will
No skipped tasks, no corners left literal. Our checklists are the contract between us and every client.
We are honest when we cannot fix something
Some stains are permanent. Some damage is pre-existing. We tell you before we start, not after you have paid.
We back the work
If you are not happy with the result, call us within 24 hours and we return at no cost. That is not marketing. That is the deal.
